①报名方式：投标方将“有/无意向参加此次招标”以邮件形式或书面形式回复至上海宝冶（柬埔寨）有限公司办公室（地址：**F, Oval Office Tower, No.*, St.***, Phnom Penh, Cambodia）或邮箱（******），有意向参加此次招标的单位需随书面资料或邮件提供资格预审资料（营业执照、税务登记证加盖公章的复印件或彩色扫描件）。
Registration method: The bidder need reply to the tenderer (The tender office of Shanghai Baoye (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.) that “with/without intention of participating in the tender” by email (E-mail address: ******) or in written form (Address: **F, Oval Office Tower, No.*, St.***, Phnom Penh, Cambodia). The company who intends to participate in the tender need submit the pre-qualification document with the email or the written data. The pre-qualification document includes the Certificate of Incorporation、Patent TAX、Certificate of Tax Registration by copy or color scanned file.
②招标文件的获取：经资格审查入围的服务商，将对其发放招标文件，并依据文件要求进行投标。
