C. 业绩要求： Requirement for Bidder's reference: 投标人所投产品制造商在****年至****年之间具有签订合同的海上导管架项目冲水液压控制系统（合同中产品的阀门的类型应是全口径固定式*/*回转球阀；液压阀的驱动器型式应为液压驱动开，弹簧关；冲水液压控制系统的实际使用水深应不低于***米）销售业绩。投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相应证明材料，证明材料包括销售合同（含相关技术附件）的复印件和其他证明材料，证明材料至少须证明合同签署时间、项目名称、货物名称、阀门类型、驱动形式、水深。所提供的证明材料无法验证合同签署时间、项目名称、货物名称、阀门类型、驱动形式、水深，均视为无效业绩。 The manufacturer of the product invested by the bidder has a contracted Flooding and Venting System for the offshore jacket project from **** to **** (the valve type of the product in the contract should be a full-caliber fixed */* rotary ball valve; hydraulic valve the type of driver should be hydraulic drive open, spring closed; the actual water depth of the flushing hydraulic control system should not be less than *** meters).The bidder must submit the performance form in the prescribed format and submit corresponding certification materials.
