Situated in Wangjiawan section, whichis one of the rare areas open fordevelopment along the Hunhe Riverin Shenyang, this region serves as an essential space for Shenyang’s journeyto becomea National Central City. It’s alsoan important node forpromotingurban integration between Shenyang and Fushun,and serves as the new economic center in Shenyang’s metropolitan area. Based on the evaluation results, three winning proposals will be selected.
