地块工程总承包（EPC）招标阶段EPC招标修改、澄清内容如下：一、本项目招标文件第三章评标办法（综合评估法）-第一节评标办法前附表条款号***.******.***（*）-“*.投标人(指独立投标人或联合体成员之一)类似工程业绩”中： 投标人“类似工程业绩”要求第*种中关于“注：e.其他要求：*）、“单体建筑面积”是指整体地下室与其中一栋地上建筑面积之和。*）、下列（*）中所注的网站查询到的工程指标信息应能满足本招标工程设置的单体建筑面积及建筑高度特征要求，否则其业绩不计。”的内容修改为：“e.其他要求：*）、基础相连的群体建筑，地下结构的面积及地上某一单体面积累计可以作为单体建筑面积。*）、下列（*）中所注的网站查询到的工程指标信息应能满足本招标工程设置的单体建筑面积及建筑高度特征要求，否则其业绩不计。”*)、“建筑高度”参照《建筑设计防火规范》GB*****-****，建筑高度的计算作如下约定：①、建筑屋面为坡屋面时，建筑高度应为建筑室外设计地面至其檐口与屋脊的平均高度；②、建筑屋面为平屋面（包括有女儿墙的平屋面）时，建筑高度应为建筑室外设计地面至其屋面面层的高度；③、同一座建筑有多种形式的屋面时，建筑高度应按上述方法分别计算后，取其中最大值；④、对于台阶式地坪，当位于不同高程地坪上的同一建筑之间有防火墙分隔，各自有符合规范规定的安全出口，且可沿建筑的两个长边设置贯通式或尽头式消防车道时，可分别计算各自的建筑高度。按其中建筑高度最大者确定该建筑的建筑高度；⑤、局部突出屋顶的瞭望塔、冷却塔、水箱间、微波天线间或设施、电梯机房、排风和排烟机房以及楼梯出口小间等辅助用房占屋面面积不大于*/*
