font-size: **px; padding: *px **px; margin: *px;"*.竞买申请人购地资金（包括竞买保证金、定金及土地出让金）不得为借款、贷款、担保、信托资金、资本市场融资、资管计划配资、保险资金等违规资金，不得直接或间接使用金融机构各类融资资金，不得使用房地产产业链关联企业借款或预付款，不得使用其他自然人、法人、非法人组织的借款，不得使用参与竞买企业控制的非房地产企业融资等，并对上述要求作出书面承诺。（具体承诺模板登录交易系统http://***.******.***查阅下载）。 *.竞买******不得同时申请该宗地，并书面******未参加本次交易。*.交易结束后，银川市自然资源局对竞买人资质和竞得人提交的资金承诺书及其相关资料组织查验，由银川市金融主管部门对竞得人的资金来源进行审查，并出具审查意见。同时，由银川市市场监督管理局对参与竞买人的资质进行审查并出具审查意见。如查验发现，竞得人提供虚假信息、文件或隐瞒事实的，由出让人取消其竞得资格，并承担相应的法律责任。*.该宗地成交后竞得人缴清全部地价款后**日内，由兴庆区政府向竞得人交付土地；如涉及地上、地下管线迁移及建筑垃圾和土方清运工作由竞得人自行解决，费用由竞得人承担；竞得人自取得土地之日三年内建设完成。 *.成交价款不包含其他行政规费（税）。/pp style="text-align: justify;
