我单位拟在近期采购国外版纸质图书一批，如贵公司有意，请予以报价为谢。 项目名称：西藏农牧学院图书馆****年国外版图书采购项目 采购方：西藏农牧学院图书馆 预算金额：￥**万元 具体要求： *.供货方必须严格按照采购方的订单提供有合法出版物经营权的国内外出版社出版的正版外文图书。不得擅自更换采购方预订的图书订单，不得擅自配售非采购方订购的图书。 *.供货商应具有为图书馆供书及加工的能力和经验。 *.供货方必须对采购方所有订单建立订购数据库，对采购方每次订单进行查重、编号，所订图书信息变更及高价图书须二次确认。 *.供货方必须为采购方免费提供外文图书书目，供货方必须为招标方选定的图书免费配送符合国图标准的采访USMARC数据和编目USMARC数据。 *.供货方接到订单起三个月内将图书在工作日内免费配送到西藏农牧学院图书馆。 *.每包图书须附本包清单二份，每批图书含有批次清单一式三份，批次清单应包括包号、书号、出版社、单价、册数，每包的种、册、码洋的小计，并加盖公司印章；电子版清单一份，在图书发送时发送到采购方。 *.供货方按照采购方要求免费提供图书物理加工服务，包括书标、条形码、藏书章及RFID标签等。加工完成后在图书最后一页空白处用铅笔填写人民币码洋数。 *.采购方将严格按照采访数据进行验收，对非采购方预订的图书一律退还供货方，所造成的经济损失由供货方承担。如需采购方代办邮寄业务，供货方需支付由此产生的交通费、邮寄费。 *.如果供货方提供的图书有盗版图书，采购方将按盗版图书总码洋的**倍对供货方进行经济处罚，并有权单方终止购书合同，所引发的法律责任由供货方承担。 要求统一使用带有“西藏农牧学院图书馆藏书”字样的红色馆藏章。馆藏章共四枚，书名页（出版社上方正中合适位置）、图书外切口（与书脊正对的位置）偏上、第**页及最后一页，各盖一枚，馆藏章样章如下图所示：*、条形码 条形码粘贴位置为扉页右上方，使用哑白或亮白PET合成纸，编码为CODE**或CODE***，尺寸为**mm x **mm,文字为“西藏农牧学院图书馆”，文字属性为**号隶书，位于条码顶端居中。图书条形码起止号由采购方提供。 *、书标 图书书标为采购方指定型号的红色图书标签（尺寸约为**mmx**mm），加透明保护膜。书标共两枚，上含索书号（索书号为中图分类号+著者号+卷期号）及登录号等信息，要求在书脊距下切口*cm处及扉页左上方各贴一枚。外文书标样式如下图：*、RFID标签 RFID******生产的UHF频段标签（工作频率***-***MHz，符合ISO*****-*C标准），书脊内处隐藏式安装，长度***mm，宽度*mm，正负误差*mm，自带双面中性粘性，粘贴后不易撕毁脱落，质保期内不开胶脱落，对图书及其它介质粘贴表面无损害。标签粘贴位置为倒数*页至**页之间，标签上不能遗留任何包装纸，隐蔽性良好、牢固、安全。
