We intend to openly invite applicants with relevant experience in business planning and architectural design of commercial complexes around the world to respond to the call for ideas. Three Participants will be selected through public prequalification process. Applicants who meet the qualification requirements are welcome to submit the APPLICATION DOCUMENT for Prequalification. The purpose of this solicitation is to analyze and explore important factors of the project site such as its current functional positioning, planning and design conditions, and building scale , so as to provide scientific and reasonable advice for Solicitor to carry out the public bidding of design and construction of this project. The Distribution Centre Project is a major action planned and implemented in the strategic direction of “jointly building the Belt and Road Initiative and strengthening the opening up of the west”. As the only export-oriented strategic project directly planned by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, the Distribution Center Project has undertaken the important mission of building an inland international gateway hub, creating an innovative and open demonstration zone, and becoming a new engine for open economic development, and it reflects the ardent hope of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for Chengdu and Chongqing to build an inland opening-up highland. This project is a landmark project of Sichuan Port and Shipping Group in implementing the decisions and deployments of the central and provincial party committees and governments. It focuses on the construction needs of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and aims to build an important carrier of Sichuan's open economy.
