一、目的：******为满足项目生产需要，需采购多种设备/材料，公司希望通过此媒介发布需求信息，如有意愿合作且有能力提供该物资的供应商，可与我们联系或提交资格预审文件，我们将组织相关专家进行当面澄清或对资格预审文件进行评审，经商务、技术评审合******合格供应商库，有机会参与后续项目的投标。二、玻璃钢管道设备主要技术要求玻璃钢管道设备主要技术要求 Design Requirement for Fiber Glass piping components *、 物资名称（Material Name）: 玻璃钢管子、管件、法兰。 *、 简要功能描述（General Function Description）: 输送海水，以供组块设备冷却、消防、公用站、生活楼使用。 *、 简要供货范围（General Scope of Supply）: 管子 管件 法兰 *、 使用环境条件（Environment）: 海洋环境（Offshore Environment），设计温度为**℃ *、 主要技术参数（Key Design Requirement）: （*） 类型(Type)：GRE(Glass Reinforced Epoxy)。（*） 规格(Capacity)：尺寸范围：*”-**” ；压力等级：**Bar/**Bar；（*） 其它：耐火等级：ISO ***** ***.******.***/**(JET FIRE); ISO ***** ***.******.***/**(IMO L*)；导电性能：管道单位长度电阻≤***欧姆/m且管道中任意一点至地面的电阻≤***欧姆/m；抗紫外线性能：保证寿命超过**年； *、 主要适用标准（Main Application Standards and Codes）: ISO*****-**** PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS INDUSTRIES GLASS REINFORCED PLASTICS PIPING SHELL ***.******.***.** GRP PIPELINES AND PIPING SYSTEMS (AMENDMENTS/SUPPLEMENTS TO ISO *****) *、 证书（Certifying）: 供货商应取得第三方证书（产品型式认可证书），第三方可从以下船级社中选取：DNV、BV、ABS、Lioyd’s和CCS。取得第三方证书所发生的费用由供货商负责，包括但不限于根据要求进行图纸送审以及邀请第三方验证出厂试验及现场试验等。供货商应取得质量管理体系证书ISO****:****。 The SUPPLIER shall operate and test the complete package in the presence of the Certifying Agency and PURCHASER for acceptance, both at the Fabrication Yard and at the permanent offshore location. The Certifying Agency shall be chosen by SUPPLIER from any one of the following certifying agencies, i.e. DNV, BV, ABS, L and CCS. The SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the arrangement of the certifying agency and all cost.
