一、目的：******为满足项目生产需要，需采购多种设备/材料，公司希望通过此媒介发布需求信息，如有意愿合作且有能力提供该物资的供应商，可与我们联系或提交资格预审文件，我们将组织相关专家进行当面澄清或对资格预审文件进行评审，经商务、技术评审合******合格供应商库，有机会参与后续项目的投标。二、容积流量计设备主要技术要求容积流量计设备主要技术要求 Design Requirement for positive displacement flowmeter *、 物资名称（Material Name）: positive displacement flowmeter *、 简要功能描述（General Function Description）: Flow measure, *、 简要供货范围（General Scope of Supply）: 一体化流量计包括：meter tube, flange, sensor； EXD证书，型式认可证书，压力测试证书，无损检验证书，第三方商会原产地证书， ***SS，DUPLEX STEEL，MONEL，INCONEL，HASTELLOY材质证书； *、 使用环境条件（Environment）: 海洋环境（Offshore Environment） *、 主要技术参数（Key Design Requirement）: （*） 类型(Type)：positive displacement （*） 规格(Capacity)：size：*”~**”, rating: ***#~****# （*） 精度（accuracy）：优于±*.*% （*） 其它：material: C.S.，***SS，DUPLEX STEEL，MONEL，INCONEL，HASTELLOY *、 主要适用标准（Main Application Standards and Codes）: API, Manual of Petroleum Measurement Standards, Chapter *.*, Measurement of Liquid Hydrocarbons by Displacement Meters (****) *、 证书（Certifying）: 供货商应取得第三方证书，第三方可从以下船级社中选取：DNV、BV、ABS、Lioyd’s和CCS。取得第三方证书所发生的费用由供货商负责，包括但不限于根据要求进行图纸送审以及邀请第三方验证出厂试验及现场试验等。 The SUPPLIER shall operate and test the complete package in the presence of the Certifying Agency and PURCHASER for acceptance, both at the Fabrication Yard and at the permanent offshore location. The Certifying Agency shall be chosen by SUPPLIER from any one of the following certifying agencies, i.e. DNV, BV, ABS, L and CCS. The SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the arrangement of the certifying agency and all cost. The design review report and inspection certificate shall be issued by the certifying agency and transferred to the PURCHASER. *、 经验和业绩（Experience and Reference）: 供货商所提供的产品应该具有至少在海洋环境条件和/或石化天然气行业成功运行*****小时以上的经验和业绩。 SUPPLIER shall have satisfactory references which have operated for at least ***** hours under the offshore environment and/or Petroleum, Petrochemical and Natural gas industries. 注：本要求仅适用于向有意向的潜在供应商进行资格预审提供简要说明，并未对技术细节做出规定，卖方应根据本技术要求和现行标准证明其能够提供优质产品的能力。 NOTE: The requirement is only providing general requirement without detail for the penitential supplier to carry out pre-qualification, the interested supplier should identify the capacity of providing good quality facility according to the requirement and current standards and codes. 有意愿的供应商可与联系方式中指定的人员电话或E-MAIL联系。联系人名称：廉鹏忠联系人电话：***-********电子信箱：******
