一、目的：******为满足项目生产需要，需采购多种设备/材料，公司希望通过此媒介发布需求信息，如有意愿合作且有能力提供该设备/材料的供应商，可与我们联系或提交资格预审文件，我们将组织相关专家进行当面澄清或对资格预审文件进行评审，经商务、技术评审后满足我司生产需******合格供应商库，有机会参与后续项目的投标。二、定压放气阀设备主要技术要求定压放气阀设备主要技术要求Design Requirement for Casing Pressure bleeding valves*、 物资名称（Material Name）:定压放气阀*、 简要功能描述（General Function Description）:用于电潜泵井套管压力调节，将套管气通过定压放气阀排入输油（气）管汇，以控制合理的电泵吸入口沉没度，防止潜油电泵发生因气锁现象的发生导致的欠载停泵，保证电泵的正常运行，以提高泵效及产量。控制套管气的排放量，维持流程压力与流量的安全稳定性，确保外输的顺利实施。阀体预留动液面测试接口，用以测试动液面深度。定压放气阀只起调节套压作用，不起关闭油井作用。*、 简要供货范围（General Scope of Supply）: 定压放气阀及配对法兰*、 使用环境条件（Environment）:海洋环境（Offshore Environment）设计温度在-**~***℃*、 主要技术参数（Key Design Requirement）: （*） 类型(Type)：定压放气阀。（*） 规格(Capacity)：*/*”以上，****psi/****psi/*****psi。（*） 其它：在酸性环境下，须满足NACEMR****/ISO*****要求。 *、 主要适用标准（Main Application Standards and Codes）: API *A Specification for Wellhead and Christmas tree Equipment NACEMR****/ISO***** Petroleum and natural gas industries—Materials for use in H*S-containing Environments in oil and gas production*、 证书（Certifying）:供货商应取得第三方证书，第三方可从以下船级社中选取：DNV、BV、ABS、Lioyd’s和CCS。取得第三方证书所发生的费用由供货商负责，包括但不限于根据要求进行图纸送审以及邀请第三方验证出厂试验及现场试验等。供货商应取得API *A 会标证书，以及质量管理体系证书ISO****:****。The SUPPLIER shall operate and test the complete package in the presence of the Certifying Agency and PURCHASER for acceptance, both at the Fabrication Yard and at the permanent offshore location.The Certifying Agency shall be chosen by SUPPLIER from any one of the following certifying agencies, i.e. DNV, BV, ABS, L and CCS. The SUPPLIER shall be responsible for the arrangement of the certifying agency and all cost.
