This requirement is provided only for bidder reference, but it is not basis. All information should be confirmed by bidder. Bidder should make one excellent proposal and consider questions of every aspect. Buyer cannot be responsible for the risk or result through design audit or design drawing sign off. Supplier should be responsible for the design confirmation and facility function finally. If there are some questions or deviations with buyer requirement, the supplier should remedy it in time. And the supplier should cover the added cost.
