资格标准：（*）投标公司必须在中国有*年以上（含*年）的产品销售与技术支持经验，并需要具有制造商授权的技术支持工程师，在国内销售DDS商用产品的成功案例不少于*个，投标书应附合同、中标通知书或验收报告三者之一的复印件。（*）一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，其投标将被否决。（说明：招标中必须谁投标、谁中标、谁签合同，不能甲投标，乙签合同。）主要技术要求：*）仿真系统数据分发软件主要用于分布式仿真系统的网络通信。基本技术要求：基于DDS规范，包括运行平台中间件API库、分布式系统集成开发调试工具集和集成开发环境。用于实现分布式系统各节点数据交互与通信。*）中间件核心库要求提供可运行于Windows、Linux（Intel，包括中标麒麟）以及Linux（ARM)操作系统环境的仿真系统数据分发软件核心库，提供三个开发者使用许可。

Qualification requirements :(*) The tender company must be experienced in product sales in China for over *
five years (inclusive) and have technical support experience, and hire
technical support engineers authorized by the manufacturer and have at least *
successful cases of selling DDS commercial products in China. The bidding
document should be attached with the copy of the contract, the bid winning
notification letter, or the acceptance report.(*)Once win the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of foreign trade contract
with the buyer for this project. If the bidder disabled to sign the foreign
trade contract with the buyer, the bid will be rejected. (Explanation: The
bidder, successful bidder and the contract signatory must be the same one.

communication of the distributed simulation system. Basic technical
requirements: The software should be based on DDS specification, including the
operating platform middleware API library, distributed system integration and
development debugging tools and integration and development environment. It
should be used for data interaction and communication between nodes of the
distributed system.*)Requirements for middleware core libraryThe core library for the simulation system data publication software that is
operable on Windows, Linux (Intel, incl. bid-winning Kylin) and Linux (ARM)
environments should be provided and three developer use licences should be
provided.
