The machine tool should be the standard series and mature finalization products newly manufactured by the manufacturer. The equipment with same model and specifications as the tendered one should be available in the domestic and overseas market; plus, a sales record of over * (inclusive) sets of such equipment sold to the user(s) at home and abroad should exist. The user(s) should give positive feedbacks to the equipment regarding its operation, programming, maintenance, after-sales services, quality reliability, etc. In addition, the list of preceding users and their valid contacts should be provided during bidding.
