The relevant details are as follows:*．Tender Name：China Southern Airlines Company Limited International Aviation Catering Service Procurement (IST)*．Tender Ref：CZ***********．Tender Detail：Catering service and other relevant services (including in-flight supplies and laundry service etc.) for CZ flights inbound and outbound MLE.*．Description of requirements：Render on-time services including catering and in-flight supplies uplifting services pursuant to catering matrix & menu rotation provided and confirmed by the purchaser. Flight delay due to in-flight meal and other in-flight supplies uplifting shall be strictly avoided.*．Proposed tender time：May *****．Intended suppliers：TURKISH DO & CO*．Reasons for using single source procurement and instructions：Market research reveals that the TURKISH DO & CO is the only in-flight caterer at Istanbul airport (IST).In-flight catering deals with various aspects including but not limited to safety, service, operation, meal variety, and complex standards. Airline catering is a field that entails special requests and strict standards. In-flight catering purchase has to see to these requirements being fulfilled and the standards being implemented.
